AS A JUNIOR IN 2007: One of UCSD’s top performers all season running in seven out of the team’s eight events... was among the top five Tritons to finish in each race... finished 5th on the squad and 10th overall in the UCSD-PLNU dual meet with a time of 16:30.1... clocked in at 19:17.10 in the UC Irvine Invitational to place 30th overall and 4th among Tritons... was also UCSD’s 4th runner to finish at the Southern Stampede the following weekend with a time of 18:53.00, good enough for 51st place... finished 25th overall and 3rd on the squad at the Triton Classic, notching a time of 23:51.7 on her home course... placed 15th overall at the CCAA Championships  with a mark of 22:11.80 to claim All-CCAA honors for the second year in a row... clocked in at 21:49 in the West Regionals to finish 27th overall, 3rd among UCSD’s runners... was the 4th Triton to score and ranked 99th overall with a time of 22:57.6 in the NCAA Championships... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic distinction.  

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006: Ran in seven of eight events on the season... finished 5th overall in the Point Loma dual meet with a time of 16:11.8... time of 19:15.6 was good for 27th during the UC Irvine Invitational... was 19th at the Triton Classic in October with a time of 24:44.8... finished third among Tritons and 14th overall at the CCAA Championships, earning All-CCAA honors with a time of 23:50.8... finished 21st overall with a mark of 22:11.81 at the NCAA DII West Regionals... finished the season with an 84th place finish and time of 22:33.7 at the NCAA Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005: Competed in three races as a rookie for the Tritons...  finished 13th in her first collegiate race, crossing the finish line in a time of 16:23.9 at the 2.5 mile par course on the UCSD campus... finished 55th at the UC Irvine Invitational with a time of 20:11.3 at the 5k race in Huntington Beach... finished 30th at the UCSD Triton Cross Country Invitational with a time of 23:58.2.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate of Carondelet High School in Concord, Calif., where she was a three-time Team MVP... led the team to state all four years... also named MVP three times on the track team... qualified for the 3200m at state as a junior... had personal bests of 18:48 in the 5k, 5:04 in the 1600m, 11:01 in the 3200m and 2:19 in the 800m.

PERSONAL: Born March13, 1987... parents are Robert Montgomery and Janice Becker-Montgomery... has a younger sister named Alicia... is a Psychology major in John Muir College... wants to join the Peace Corps after graduation and then work with children either in the field of psychology or as a social worker... spends her spare time seeing musicals, reading, listening to music, or trying to figure out how to make a difference in the world.
