As a Freshman in 2009: Played in five singles matches during the 2009 season, going 3-2 overall... went 1-1 at the No. 4 singles poisition and 2-1 at No. 6... picked up victories against Grand Canyon, Colorado State Pueblo and Cal Baptist.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Centennial High School in Corona, CA... both state and nationally ranked as a junior tennis player... as Most Valuable Player led team to a 40-5 record his sophomore year.

Personal: Born on Dec. 6, 1990... mother is Beryl Mendonsa... has an older sister named Sharon... a Bioengineering major at Warren College... enjoys listening to music and going to the beach in his free time... aspires to work in the medical field after graduation... favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant... favorite pro teams are the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Chargers and Anaheim Ducks.
