Maine tells us how she began working as a lifeguard for Los Angeles County, and how that led her to compete nationally and internationally in junior lifesaving championships - where she's won 13 championships! Maine also recounts the story of how she came to UC San Diego as a rower, but an injury unexpectedly led her back to water polo.
