LA JOLLA, Calif. – In their final exhibition of the preseason, the UC San Diego men's soccer team drew 0-0 with the UNLV Rebels.
 
Both teams played a physical match keeping even with one another. The Rebels beat the Tritons on shots by four over the 90 minutes with UNLV shooting nine to UC San Diego's five. The gold and blue was able to force five corner kicks to the Rebels' four.
 
Over the match, a total of 21 fouls were made between the two teams, 10 for the Rebels and 11 for the Tritons. Yellow cards abounded in the physical match as both teams earned three yellow cards each.
