LA JOLLA, Calif.— Due to recent heavy rains in the Sacramento area, and unusually fast current in Lake Natoma, this weekend's Hornet Invitational has been canceled. 
 
UC San Diego women's rowing will begin its spring season on April 1 at the San Diego Crew Classic in Mission Bay.

After two decades as one of the most successful programs in NCAA Division II, the UC San Diego intercollegiate athletics program began a new era in 2020 as a member of The Big West Conference in NCAA Division I.
