LA JOLLA, Calif. – Former
 UC San Diego men's soccer goalkeeperÂ
Josh Cohen '14 has led Maccabi Haifa FC into the UEFA Europa League play off round. The team's primary goalkeeper, Cohen and his Maccabi Haifa team will take on Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday, Oct. 1 in London. The winner of Thursday's match will advance to the group stage of the competition.
The Greens advanced to the playoffs of the UEFA Europa League thanks to a 2-1 victory over FC Rostov (Russia) in the third qualifying round on Sept. 24. Cohen made a pair of saves in that victory.
Thursday's match kicks off at Noon PDT from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. The match can be seen in the US on
