Triton Tide Announces Leadership for 2020-21

LA JOLLA, Calif. – Triton Tide, the official student section and engagement group of UC San Diego has announced its leadership group for the 2020-21 school year. William Kessinger and Gregory Thein will serve as co-presidents for the spirit group, whose objectives are to create a fun and exciting atmosphere at Tritons home games and other campus events.

"I am excited to be one of the presidents of Triton Tide for a plethora of reasons," Kessinger said. "I believe that all of us together can work to make the school spirit as Tritons better than it's ever been before. By the end of next year, everyone will know about Triton Tide and all of our students will want to join us at the games."

"I am really grateful and excited to be a Triton during a time of such a big change," Thein added. "The ability for us students to revive something is truly rewarding and I cannot wait to see what our team will accomplish this year. We hope to increase Triton unity and pride and really engage all students on creating a home field advantage at all games!"
