Men's Water Polo Tickets on Sale Now!

LA JOLLA, Calif.—UC San Diego men's water polo season and single game tickets are now on sale! Season tickets cost just $50 and include access to the 2024 Triton Invitational, taking place at Canyonview Aquatic Center on Sept. 7 and Sept. 8.

Led by head coach and Team USA assistant, Matt Ustaszewski, the Tritons will host eight home games in addition to the ultra-competitive Triton Invitational. Single game action kicks off with the annual Battle of the Kings match-up against LMU on Sept. 25. A sellout is expected so be sure to lock in your spot now.

Single game tickets are $10 for adults with discounts available for youth, seniors, faculty/staff, and military members. Tournament tickets are $30 for adults with discounts available.

In 2023, Ustaszewski's second season leading the Tritons, UC San Diego finished with a 17-13 overall record and a 3-2 mark in its first campaign as a member of the Big West. As the third seed, the Tritons hosted the inaugural Big West Championship. They defeated Cal State Fullerton in the opening round before falling in overtime to UC Santa Barbara in a semifinal. 

Bennett Axline earned Association of Collegiate Water Polo  All-America Honorable Mention and was joined by five other Tritons that were awarded All-Big West distinction. 

UC San Diego was ranked as high as ninth in the country.

After two decades as one of the most successful programs in NCAA Division II, the UC San Diego intercollegiate athletics program began a new era in 2020 as a member of The Big West in NCAA Division I. The 23-sport Tritons earned 30 team and nearly 150 individual national championships during its time in Divisions II and III and helped guide 1,400 scholar-athletes to All-America honors. A total of 84 Tritons have earned Academic All-America honors, while 38 have earned prestigious NCAA Post Graduate Scholarships. UC San Diego scholar-athletes exemplify the academic ideals of one of the world's preeminent institutions, graduating at an average rate of 91 percent, one of the highest rates among institutions at all divisions.
